Scones has a sweet and fruity flavor, reminiscent of the small, lightly sweetened, biscuit-like cake. The burly heart and bell-shaped buds are made of bushy twisted leaves, colored olive-green and dark purple.
Blond trichome hairs appear to outline the buds, adding fuzzy gold streaks, while frayed bright-orange pistils are loosely scattered about. Scones has a musky sage and with flavors of grape and berry.
